Walker 24 Menswear - Returns and Exchanges Policy
Your original receipt must accompany your returned item(s) to process your exchange or gift card. All returned items must be in their original state, with all tickets attached and deemed by Walker 24 menswear to be unworn/undamaged before they can be accepted for refund.
Merchandise can be returned up to:
*5 days from original purchase for clothing, shoes and accessories and most products unless otherwise listed
*30 days from original purchased Memorabilia
*All clearance/sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, unless otherwise stated.
*Memorabilia, if it is found that any memorabilia is found to be misrepresented Walker 24 menswear will allow the item to be returned at any time. A copy of the accredited verification is required. All sold memorabilia has a PSA/DNA verification (www.psacard.com) or equivalent certification.
Refunds, returns or exchanges can be opted to be made on gift cards
Merchandise can be exchanged up to 5 days if purchased with any tender type, and the exchanged amount will be applied to the exchanged item or gift card.
Items purchased online can be returned directly to the brick and motor store in person or returned via shipping. Shipping fees apply to items returned by mail unless the item was damaged or broken, or the wrong item was sent.

· Price adjustments will not be made for clearance merchandise.
· Merchandise returned with a gift enclosure receipt will be refunded on a Walker 24 menswear gift card or online code.
· Exchanges are not permitted after the allowable return period.

Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange it, you may return it in accordance with our return policy and then call 1-250-871-2415 with your ordering information, including; name, phone number, order number and address. We’ll be happy to replace your order for you. You will not be changed shipping costs on the new order.
